Ruta Alterna Ecotours & Backpacker i Cajamarca roses for sitt usedvanlig vennlige og hjelpsomme personale, spesielt Carlos og hans mor. Gjestene setter pris på rensligheten og komfortable senger. This hostel is great! The owner is really lovely and helpful, the property is clean and well looked after and it’s in a great location - just a 15 min walk to the Plaza or a short walk to the mall if needed. There are also two beautiful dogs as well! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Ruta Alterna is new on Hostelworld, but has been operating for 8 years. Carlos made me feel very welcome. He was very helpful in getting information on how to visit all the different sites around Cajamarca and even had some tips for places that are not well known by international travelers. The city centre is within walking distance but the local market around the corner was very nice and full of fresh fruit. The owner has two dogs and a nice cat. Free breakfast was a little different every day
