Although I stayed only for a night during off season, the owners were super welcoming and friendly. Commodious room with comfy bed and great view to the greenery and the mountains of the region. The ground-floor operates for a few hours as a coffee/sweet shop (as the hostel's name suggests), where you can taste handmade, traditional štruklji! Overall, a pleasant stop between Ljubljana and Bled.

This hostel is so cute! It’s got loads of communal areas if you’re looking for a social setting. There’s also great views from the hostel and a terrace to sit on. The staff were lovely and made check in very easy. The room itself was basic but just what we needed! It’s like. a home away from home! Wish we had more nights here!
