I made a deposit but the hotel was not open for the season yet. The proprietress was very helpful in finding me accomodations but I would like to see about getting my deposit back from Hostel World

The greeting at check in was very cold. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpfull. We asked for restaurant recommendation and the answer that we got: just go to the beach, you’ll find restaurants. The hot water wasn’t working, and they didn’t seem to care, and she got mad because we were only staying for 2night instead of 4 (there was no minimum of 4night). The view is nice from the terasse, they gave us a complimentary shuttle back to the Forio port, and the rest of the staff was nice.
