Achillion Hotel

Achillion Hotel was overfilled and bumped my reservation to a nearby hotel. We waited around for a few hours until it was officially time to check in and then were informed we had a reservation but no room and were sent up the street. The other hotel was fine and met our needs but we were frustrated with the situation

So the achillion hotel was under construction when I arrived for my booking of two nights. I was not informed of this by email and they put me in a hotel down the road. In addition the reception were not that helpful with providing me with directions on how to get to the hotel and I managed to get ripped off from a taxi driver as a result. I would not recommend staying here.

Scary place. It is not what the pictures show. I presented to the hotel just find out that it was under construction. Thankfully, they accommodated me somewhere else. The neighborhood is not good. I saw a lot of people drugged and staring me down. The fact that there were a lot of police officers around asking suspicious people for their identification made me feel a little bit more safe, but they were only around the main square that is two blocks away from the hotel.
