From 2003 the Hotel has a new building, with 16 rooms all with balconies and air conditiong. There is also a new breakfast room, a new reception and a reading/TV room.

All the rooms have bathrooms, shower, hairdryer, TV and telephone; some have balconies and air conditiong.
