Lai and his son Bao were very accommodating and friendly, made us feel part of the family straight away. About 15 minutes to the town centre but can rent a scooter or taxi so not an issue for us. The rooms were clean and had hotel style, very good value for the price. 100% recommend for a homestay family feel whilst maintaining high quality service!

Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Lai and his son Bao were both so welcoming and kind, and really treated us like family. This place is great for meeting both locals and other travellers. We felt as a part of Lai's family from the second we arrived to the second we left.

Had a lovely stay here. Lai and his son were friendly and helpful. Even took us to the airport the morning we left and made us a breakfast to go. It isn’t in the centre which we already knew but one thing to note if booking. However we rented moped from Lai and it was only a 15 minute drive into the centre. There was a power cut one evening but wasn’t their fault as was something to do with a power line. Was offered a discount due to this when we decided to extend another two nights.
