Policies & Conditions:
Poets Inn reception will be open between 9am and 5pm. Please confirm your arrival time with us.
You will be given by email an access code to enter the property after the reception is closed.
Please note that it's mandatory to do the payment in advance so we can send you the codes and instructions to enter the house.

Cancellation policy: Free up to 48 hours before arrival

You’ll receive a link to make the payment for your stay after your booking. If you don’t complete the payment or fail to respond within 24 hours, the booking will be canceled.

In case of free cancellation bookings, the amount paid will be refunded if the booking is canceled on time for free cancellation, after that period the total price of the reservation will not be refunded.
Non-refundable reservations will be charged the total price of reservation and it'll not be refunded.
In case of No-show the total of your stay will be charged and it'll not be refunded.


Check-in Time: 14h00 or as soon as the room is clean.
Check out before 11am

Taxes included, besides Tourist tax that it's not included in the price of the reservation, it'll be added after booking.
