Too loud. visitors are not asked to be quiet late at night / after a certain time. We were kept awake both nights by a group of very loud, disrespectful men laughing and shouting directly outside the room. no consideration for others. One worker was staying in our room, came in late and banging about. Had to ask for toilet roll, bathroom needs a bath mat. Worker got the payment wrong twice on arrival. Nice roof terrace. visited many much cheaper more friendly hostels in morocco

Extremely disorganised, The bed in the room that I booked was not cleaned at all, I was downgraded to another room and the lights in my new room were not working. There is no response to messages sent. Only terrace and location is nice, but the hostel facilities and management is terrible.

The time spent here was tainted by the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms. When I told staff the first time the guy seems to be responsive. When the issue wasn’t solved by the next day I asked another staff member was it a Bring Your Own Hand Soap situation (I thought it was funny) he looked at me dead a** and said ‘yes’. There was another guess nearby who didn’t see to mind. I went to another hostel with hand soap for the rest of my time in Tangier.
