Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early/Late Policy:
If a guest arrives on the day of their reservation early, a fee will be charged as described below:
BEFORE 07:00 AM: The guest will not be allowed to remain in the common areas; it will be necessary to pay for an extra night to access the room.
BETWEEN 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM: If the guest wishes to do an early check-in, they must pay the amount for a half-day rate to access the room.
If the guest wishes to use only the common areas, a fee of R$ 10.00 (10 Brazilian Reais) must be paid.
BETWEEN 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM: Guests can wait for check-in using the common areas free of charge.

When you make your reservation, an email will be sent with our WhatsApp number to inform us of your estimated arrival time.
A PDF attachment with the complete hostel policy manual will also be sent with the email.
