The Common Room Project aims to provide an intimate space for you to comfortably recharge, connect with like-minded people and immerse yourselves in the local flair.

We are located in the heart of the city, making local exploration easy. We also have the benefit of several 24hr convenience stores being around us. You are also within easy reach of all the top tourist attractions, handy for day time exploration.

Here at The Common Room, we’re big on community. We’re not a party hostel but we believe a lively, social atmosphere is key to making connections and creating lasting relationships.

Join in on our nightly events, whether it be our guest-favorite home cooked dinner, or going out together to discover local delicacies. Fancy upping the ante? The vibrant Saigon nightlife awaits you just down the road. Wanna hang back? Enjoy vibing at the hostel with board games, chit chats with fab people, and, if you’re lucky, a bit of karaoke. Or if travel fatigue has defeated you on this night, retire in satisfaction to your cozy bed.

1. Check-in time: 14:00pm to 23:00pm
- Valid passport is required upon check-in.
2. Check-out time: 06:00am to 11:00am
3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation policy: 2 days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
5. Payment: Cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) upon checking in
6. Taxes: included
7. Breakfast: not included
8. No curfew
9. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
10. No illegal drugs.
11. Child policy and Extra bed:
(1) Children are not allowed.
(2) There is no capacity for cots or extra beds at this property.
12. Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is from 18 to 55.
13. Visitors are not allowed.
14. Pets are not allowed.
