Opa! Hostel

The water broke on my 2nd night & the bathrooms were disgusting since the toilets couldn’t flush, but they weren’t cleaned at all. I asked to waive the fee for the last night & they accepted. There was never any toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. The door to my dorm room wouldn’t shut so it was very noisy and in the 4 days I stayed there, they didn’t fix it despite asking 4 times. No pocket by the bed & the lockers underneath didn’t lock. Mattress was hard. Kitchen too small for no. of guests

When I arrived the hostel bed was dusty from the sides, bathroom was dirty and toilet clogged. There was only one socket in the room and no curtains. After checking in and seeing the place I booked an other hostel and left. Very bad experience… I didn’t ask for money back since I wanted to leave..

Great hostel, everyone was friendly especially the staff. Alejandro and Richie who are volunteers were very accommodating towards the backpackers. I would highly recommend this hostel folks.
