Located in a peaceful village just outside Poznań, the house combines comfort, privacy, and a homely atmosphere our guests truly appreciate. It’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind without giving up a convenient location and easy access to the city.

You’ll find 7 private, lockable rooms, accommodating up to 11 guests in total. You can book the entire house, or just a single room - for one or two people. We’re flexible and happy to adjust to your needs.

Inside, you’ll have everything you need: a TV with internet access, a cozy spot to work or relax, fresh towels, and plenty of breathing space.

Guests have access to two shared bathrooms and one private one, all clean and equipped with hairdryers and basic hygiene products. If you’re planning a longer stay, there’s also a washer and dryer available for a small fee - perfect for a more comfortable and care-free stay.

The shared kitchen, dining room with a large table, coffee corner, and green garden with a terrace all make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Parking? No problem. And there’s a grocery store nearby - ideal for quick essentials.

The Dopiewo train station is just a 7-minute drive from the house. From there, for around 8 PLN, you can ride straight to the heart of Poznań - right next to Avenida mall and the Poznań International Fairgrounds. If you’re attending an event or meeting in the city, this is honestly one of the best bases you could choose.

Love nature? There are beautiful walking spots nearby, including Owocowa Plaża, Wielkopolski National Park, Delipark, and even an alpaca farm. Perfect for peaceful afternoons surrounded by greenery.
