Trails @ Equilibrium

Had an amazing stay at Equilibrium, and Josie was a wonderful host. The location is ideal: very close to town/gym/pool while also feeling like you’re in the middle of nature, with a resident llama, a cute cat and many cool birds. The view is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and great for cooking - you can use fresh vegetables straight from the garden! Josie cooked a delicious breakfast every morning, and even made banana bread waffles! We had family dinners and bbqs

Coming back to Jericó for the third, Trails was the perfect change of scene, and felt like the best parts of a lodge in the hills and a hostel while still being a short walk into town. As a birder, it was a great spot too, with Chachlacas, Motmots, Barbets, Tanagers and brushfinches seen every day. Josie as always, was a wonderful host and knew all the info I needed for my stay. Beds were super comfy and the showers had good water pressure and hot water 🙏

Really beautiful property and only a short walk to the centre of amazing Jericó. Very well equipped and attentive staff - the wildlife is a standout, birds, butterflies and even saw some monkeys!! Rustic vibes with an incredibly peaceful atmosphere - would defo recommend !!
