A great location and a nice female dorm with large, secure lockers. Kitchen was not very well equipped and often people left lots of dishes in the sink and an overflowing bin which wouldn’t get cleared until the next day when the cleaners came in. Toilets often ran out of toilet paper too. With 24/7 staff, these things should be looked after. Bit of a “boys club” around the projector screen killing any social vibes.

For some reason, the beds are wrapped in plastic like they were never unpacked after the factory - uncomfortable. The WiFi is terrible and doesn't reach the rooms well and often drops out. The guy who works the night shift is so rude - he gets angry at you because he cannot speak Engilsh. There is no vibe and no backpacker community. Every guest is rude and spends the day loudly talking on speaker phone or taking up space in the kitchen.
