Flexible Reservations: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable Reservations: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

No-Shows: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING

Communal areas are professionally cleaned bi-weekly. Rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks. A self-service laundry with washer and dryer is available on site.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid excessive noise during this time, including noise from the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and common areas. Use earphones if you are awake late at night. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction.

For safety and security reasons, all guests and visitors must be registered and approved before arriving at the property. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the premises at any time.

The use of candles, incense, sage, palo santo, or any other open flame is prohibited anywhere on the property.
