Prize was good and the location as well but everything was dirty (bathroom, kitchen, room). The stuff from our bed was removed and the bed was made even when we stayed another night (it happened to two others as well). No hot water in the shower and no plugs. Wouldn’t really recommend it except for the nights before and after Fraser because all the meetings are there so it made sense to stay there for that.

It had been a while since I’d stayed at a hostel, but overall, a good experience. My single room was large, clean and pretty quiet. The shared bathroom setup was unusual — positioned between two single rooms — but worked well, as long as everyone remembered to unlock the other door afterwards! Facilities were good overall. My only slightly silly gripe: the stony paths — aesthetically average and orthopaedically ambitious.

Location is great, a small 15 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the grocery store and extremely close to a bunch of good restaurants! However, the rooms aren't very inviting, lacks privacy and the beds aren't very comfy. However, the staff is amazing and the activities at the hostel are super fun, especially trivia night! There is a kitchen, but there is no oven. Laundry is 5$/batch and you don't need detergent so that's a plus!
