Genuine Nicaraguan colonial house , owned by a local family from the city of Leon. Opened wooden door to travelers more than 18 years ago. If you want to have the experience of housely stay- this is your opportunity. This is the best chance to learn or practice your Spanish. Get to know more about of the culture,costums, history, tradition from León, we can also help your plan on the rest of our wonderful country.

INFRASTRUCTURE & ROOMS-DORM

We have two private rooms, shared bathrooms and two Dorm for 6 and 10 person.

Our locations it's the safest and convenient for any traveler a 5 minutes from Mercado La Estación,Supermarket, Comedores, Bars, Discos, Parks Cathedral, Museums, Coffee Shop, Bank, ATM, Cinemas ,Pharmacy, Clinical Hospital.

Our large kitchen is equipped with Italian moka and other more ore less usefull things to cook a great meal in a multicultural environments. Is close at 10 pm., To keep the silent at home.

Small Breakfasts Include only in high season( Coffee, Bread, Cookies, Donas, Gallo Pinto, each everyday) from 8:30 to 10: 00 am.

WE LOVE when our guest cook some ditches from countries of origin or also we can cook some food from Nicaragua you can ask, for cooking class.

After your done your reservation please send a email or reach us by WhatsApp to notify your time of arrival.

At this moment we do not have our brands or name on the street, but is easier to find ' El Albergue' in Google Map or Barrio San Juan , gasolinera San Juan Media abajo, casa 305 you will see a our friend 🌲 arbolito, out side the hostel. Remind to knock the doors o say hello on the window please. The house has two windows and two doors blue an yellow colour, and three light at night, when we are waiting a some guests!

KEYS FOR YOUR HOME IN LEON

You will receive a one keys at the door for your independent way like your home, please take care of the keys.

TRIPS

We organise a trips to the discover the city full of culture whit the manager of the house who love the history in general. Or to organise trips to other places of your interest.

VOLCANOES

We offers trips to the volcanoes whit local guides, personalized in small groups, is more safes, and responsable than another!

TRANSFERS

Transfer to another cities in Nicaragua or shuttles to Honduras ( La Ceiba 65 dollars)El Salvador (45 )and Guatemala (60) dollars. Only send by WhatsApp your passport and the date do you wan to departure in advance.

PETS

We have 2 cat, 4 turtel, a big 🌲 of Toronjas, and the another plants in our little garden,
