Location isn't the best but alright. On the way from the train station I saw a drunk guy hitting a car with a scooter, a fight starting and a girl peeing while standing, I did not feel unsafe though. Shower in the room needs an upgrade, shower curtain smelled terrible. Shower water keeps cutting off after a short time and you have to press the button again, no way to regulate the temperature you just get whatever temperature they decide to give you, for me it was too hot.

Nice location, near to the train station which was why we chose it. also one of the cheapest accommodations in Paris. The staff was nice and helpful. the building is quite big, and not ideal for meeting fellow travelers. when we wanted to prolong our stay on place for two more nights we were told it is not possible without booking breakfast, that cost us 7 € and wasn't worth it at all, so make reservation online. you need your own lock for the locker.
