The Fort Hostel is a unique space that offers guests a lifestyle perfectly balanced between luxury and nature and homeyness and travel. We are both your hostel and your home.
The Fort Cocktail Bar is the best stocked bar on the Colombian coast line, and offers guests the chance to indulge in bespoke cocktail creations, modelled and inspired by local and in-house grown ingredients.

Just 15minutes away from the Lost City Trek, you can book your trip with us and be picked up directly from the hostel.
Find an array of beautiful beaches to visit, waterfalls and rivers to swim in, viewpoints to hike to.

Stay in one of our luxurious and spacious dormitories or rent La Casa de Moncoro, our private cabin. We have a shop that provides guests with what they need to cook with and more, a fully equipped guest kitchen and a bar that serves exceptional cocktails created with local and seasonal produce.

Please note that we do not have a restaurant service at the hostel. We have a breakfast service at an additional cost and occasionally have family dinners. Guests can also receive food deliveries at the hostel.
We have a very limited guest capacity and place great importance on quality and service. We are here to make sure you feel happy and safe while you are travelling.

The Fort Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival (48 hours).In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Payment for the first night per bed will be taken automatically 48 hours before your arrival. If the payment is unsuccessful, you have 2 hours to contact us and make payment otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically. During the Christmas and NY period (23rd Dec-05 Jan) our cancellation policy is 5 days and payment will be taken for the first night 5 days before arrival.

Groups of 4 people or more will be charged the first night of their stay stay 4 days before arrival. If the stay is longer than 3 days, the entirety of the booking will be charged beforehand. This amount is non refundable in case of No Show or late cancelation. Throughout the Christmas and NY period (23 Dec-05 Jan) this is 10 days.
Groups larger than 8 will be charged the first night of their stay 1 week before arrival. If their stay is longer than 3 days they will be charged the entirety of their stay. That amount is non-refundable in case of No Show or late cancelation. Throughout the Christmas and NY period this is 1 month.

Check in from 14:00 to 17:00
Check out before 11:00
If you are checking in after 5pm please notify us beforehand. If you arrive after 5pm and do not notify us, we will not be able to assist you with the hill or your arrival.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit or debit card, applepay, revolut or bancolombia bank transfer.
Taxes Included. Nationals are subject to pay additional 19% IVA.

Pets are accepted, but not allowed inside accommodation.
NO EXTERNAL ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. If guests are found with external alcohol, a corkage fee will be charged.
For late cancellations or failure to turn up (for groups smaller than 4), the first night will be charged.
Any serious damages to hostel property will also be charged at check out.
Late check out fee is applicable.
Kitchen is not available for use between 8am and 10am.
