It was nice! It was a long walk from the train station— Unico Campani can help you find an affordable bus or taxi btw. The shower also had no soap and the water was freeeeezing. Everything else was fine though! I had one roommate each night, both were nice. The bed was comfortable and wasn’t squeaky. The staff were nice. The lockers weren’t huge, but big enough for a backpack. Overall, nice.

No locks on doors, no staff available in the night, there were people yelling and one woman decided to work home office until about 2am with her flashlight on and wouldn't be told to shut up. You can hear the planes flying over pretty clearly. There were bedbugs, and the bunk beds are also squeaky and unstable, you can topple the entire bed just by climbing up the ladder. The facilities are adequate, at least, with a kitchen, balconies, and multiple bathrooms, but I did not get any sleep at all.

I’ve never left a bad review ever until now. I had a flight get delayed overnight so I couldn’t make it to Naples. When I called to cancel my reservation they had already charged me & said I should’ve told them earlier that day, which wasn’t possible as my flight got delayed then canceled at 1 am. They refuse to give me my money back with something that was out of my hands & their reasoning was they were “fully booked” when it showed only 2 other people there on the app. Rude on the phone too.
