Camping & Village Casa dei Prati Policy and Conditions:

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:30. Late check-in is possible until 23:00/24:00 in emergency cases, subject to agreement with the management. A late check-in fee of €30.00 per booking is required.
Check-out: by 10:00.

Payment:
The total amount of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival. In the absence of advance payment, management reserves the right to deny access to the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, management will retain the full deposit paid as a penalty.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the cost of the stay remains unchanged and no refunds will be made for days not used.

Late Arrivals:
The booked accommodation will be held available until 24:00 on the day of arrival. After this time, if no delay has been communicated, the accommodation contract is considered legally terminated. Management will have the freedom to dispose of the accommodation and the deposit will not be refunded.
