great hostel, everything you need, does the job. staff were helpful and kind, the kitchen was big and well equipped and the common area was nice with a tv. good location and close to trailheads. not super social but not sure many are in el chaltén by the sounds of things. the hostel was incredibly clean and spacious, with lockers in the rooms. the only thing i would say is the window in the bathroom and bedroom had no curtain, but this wasn’t a huge issue as you’re usually up early to hike.

The hostel and everything around was ok. Unfortunately no space to enjoy the sun outside. Kitchen is quite well equipped but most pans need a proper clean. My last night the mattress on the top bunk bed was gone, so it felt a little weird to sleep. Because I was wondering why.

Good sized kitchen with lots of cooking equipment, cutlery and plates/bowls. Could really do with another fridge for the number of people stating but kitchen and showers regularly cleaned. Showers are mostly hot and the team are very nice. Just off the man highstreet so easy to get everywhere including the trailheads. Bed are wider than normal and comfortable, with power sockets and lighting. Decent value for money 👍🏻
