✅ General Policies

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM.

Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Visitors are not allowed inside the hostel’s internal areas.

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and indoor areas.

We maintain a collaborative, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.

🛏️ Reservation and Payment Policy
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.

We accept PIX, credit card, debit card, and cash.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before check-in: 50% charge of the reservation value.

🧳 House Rules
Take care of the shared spaces as if they were your own.

Garbage must be disposed of selectively in the indicated places.

Full respect towards others, diversity, and community living.

Pets are not accepted at this time.
