Swell House Policy and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Check-out until 12:00 PM.
Payment on arrival with credit and debit cards.
