The staff was amazing. Our flight was delayed super late and they helped us get in. Everyone was very sweet. They made accommodations for us to pay later and gave us good recommendations. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing, is that it’s very cold inside of the hostel (more than outside) and there’s no heat, which seems typical for Cusco. The hostel is also very quiet. We were yelled at by a neighbor at 9pm on a weekend night. Walls are thin- not a late night hangout spot.

What a great team of staff, they were quick and attentive to having a problem with my shower,fixing it immediately and offering a replacement room, while it was being fixed. I felt safe warm and made to feel welcome as a single traveler. I will definitely be coming again and telling others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
