A hostel run by volunteers! YMCA Interpoint Hostel is a small hostel - only 54 beds. Located in a cool and central neighbourhood - Vesterbro. Property facilities: The YMCA Interpoint Hostel is located in the big YMCA building from 1923, build in neo-classic style.

Room amenities: The rooms are basic, with bunk beds (two beds in each) and more than one electrical outlet (230V European style plug) for each bed. There is Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms.

Our neighbourhood Vesterbro is a nice hipster neighbourhood! Vesterbro has everything you would be looking for in a modern, relaxed city. We are located smack in the middle of Vesterbro.

YMCA Interpoint Hostel Policies & Conditions:

Please notice that we have a curfew between 01:00 and 07:00 (1 AM - 7 AM) in the night. You will not be able to enter the hostel in this period during the night, but you can always leave to catch an early flight. We are a small hostel and the curfew aids in ensuring you and the other guests a good nights sleep (+our volunteers need their sleep as well).

Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival.

Check-in can be done from 8:30AM. The bed may not be available before 3PM.
Check out before 10:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash (DKK only), most major credit and debit cards.
This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.

Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.

Reception hours are 8:30AM - 01:00AM.
Non smoking.
No alcohol or drugs permitted inside the hostel.

The place is very central and easily accessible. I had no issues whatsoever with the hostel and its amenities. I had issues with the person sleeping above. He snored like an elephant on steroids. It was so unbearable that I had to leave the room and move to the common area for the night. Maybe the hostel can provide the snoring plug to all the hostel residents so that they wouldn't disturb the other residents.

The hosel is conveniently located near the train station. The facilities were more than sufficient for my needs. The staff were welcoming and really helpful. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Cheap and cheerful. Good atmosphere and lovely staff/volunteers. Good location with cheap supermarkets nearby. Guests were of all ages and it was family friendly. The kitchen is well equipped however the staff didn’t keep on top of the cleaning and recycling. There wasn’t enough fridge space and there aren’t enough toilets and the sinks were frequently blocked , presumably due to the age of building. It’s clearly a community building with its own history it would have been good to learn more.
