Payment must be made in advance to guarantee the reservation.
No refunds or date changes are allowed once the reservation has been confirmed.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Late check-in is only available with prior notice and may have an additional fee.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed inside the property.
