The Big Yellow House first opened on island Pag in Novalja in 2011. Owned and managed by a local musician, the Big Yellow House has become a local institution for travelers visiting Pag. We were the first, best, and most unique hostel experience in Novalja. We are continuing that tradition in a new location in Bošana on Pag Island. After 8 years in the very center of Novalja, we decided to move to natural surroundings and got ourselves 10.000 square meters of pristine land surrounded by huge old pine trees that are protected by UNESCO. Our new property has a Big White House and an amazing secluded sandy beach ☺.

Whether you're looking to relax in nature or socialize with other guests at our new Big Yellow House Beach Bar, we have something for everyone. We've also expanded our room selection with Apartments, Double Rooms, and Dorms.
