　And depending on the situation, there is a chance that we could not provide storage.
3. Reception hour: from 8 AM to 11 PM
4. Payment: credit cards (Visa, Master, and Amex), prepaid IC card, or QR code payment
5. Cancellation policy:
　　(1) 4 days(or more) before Arrival Date: free
　　(2) 3 days before Arrival Date: 100% of the whole accommodation fee
　　(3) on the day or No Show: 100% of the whole accommodation fee
6. Age restriction: YES
　 ・Private room: available for 3 years old and up
　・Dormitory room: available for 16 years old and up
　 ・A parent or guardian’s consent form is required for minors (16 - 18 years old) when they stay without those over 18 years old.
7. No smoking
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Breakfast is not included.
10. Tax is included in the price. (Accommodation tax is NOT included.)
11. A late check-in fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for arrivals between 11 PM and 12 PM. Please contact us in advance.
