We are just 40 minutes away form the the airport and 40 minutes form the Dam and El Penol Rock. We can pick you up from the airport to Jasú and guide you to these locations.

You have access to the entire complex, including the restaurant, wet areas, gardens, lake, and recreational zones. We also offer a wide variety of activities and amenities.

POLICIES & CONDITIONS

-Check in: from 15:00 to 23:00
-Check out: before 11:00 .
-Reception Time 08:00 to 22:00. (In case of late arrival please make sure to inform us via email or phone call).
No curfew.
-Pet friendly. Since we are near the lake and there are farm animals, we advise pets to be kept with harness.
Child friendly.
-Non-smoking inside, only in open areas. We advise smokers to be considerate of other guests who are staying with us to enjoy fresh air and not smoke in common areas and to please leave cigarette butts in the corresponding trashcan.
-please take care of our environment and leave all disposals in the garbage cans.
-Age Policies:
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member or a legal guardian (18 years or older) in a private room according to Colombian laws.
-Additional taxes:
Taxes included in the total reservation (VAT 19%).
-All guests must present their physical valid Colombian ID or passport at the front desk in order to perform their check-in. This is a Colombian law.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards or bank transfer. Credit and debit cards will have a 5% charge over the total reservation cost.
