Property and Cancellation Policies:

The prices include breakfast. This price is non-negotiable.

- Free cancelation up to 72 hours prior to the reservation.
- Within 72 hours of the reservation, we will charge the first night.
- Cancellations upon arrival must pay the full accommodation fee.

Terms and Conditions:
Alcohol is forbidden.
We do not accept minors under 18 years old.
Bringing speakers is not allowed.

How to get to Casa?

You can reach Casa en el Agua from Cartagena with TRANQ IT EASY, our trusted transport service. We recommend booking in advance, preferably via WhatsApp or by email. Departures are from the La Bodeguita Dock, located in Cartagena’s Historic Center.

Schedule:

Departure from Cartagena: 9:00 AM
Arrival at the island: 11:00 AM
Departure from the island: 12:00 PM
Arrival in Cartagena: 2:00 PM
Rates:

$160,000 COP per trip (one-way).
Round trip: $320,000 COP per person.
Trip Duration: 2 hours.

A National Park Fee is required to access the island. You can confirm the current fee directly with Tranq It Easy when making your reservation.
