Cancellation Policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.

Payment upon arrival by debit card, credit card, PIX, or cash.

General:

Our reception operates 24/7. However, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM.

Minors' Accommodation Policy: Minors are only allowed to stay in private rooms and must always be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Payment Policy: At the time of booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in. We accept all credit cards and payments in Brazilian reais.
Please note that towels are charged separately.

Parking: We do not have a private parking lot, but there are safe and convenient options around the hostel.

Quiet Hours Policy: To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Shared Dormitory Rules

Respect for Others' Space: Guests must respect the space and belongings of others. Keep your belongings organized within your designated area.

Use of Lights and Electronics: To avoid disturbing others, please refrain from using bright lights or playing loud audio after 10:00 PM. Use headphones and reading lights if necessary.

Personal Hygiene: Maintaining good personal hygiene is essential for everyone's comfort. Please use the bathrooms and showers as needed and keep the space clean after use.

Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in the dormitories or shared areas inside MEO! (Waiting is only permitted at the reception area).

Food Consumption: Eating is not allowed in the dormitories. There are designated common areas for meals.

Security: Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the available lockers to store valuables.

Bring a padlock for the lockers – recommended size: CR 20mm.

Bed Assignment: Please use the bed assigned to you. Changes or modifications without prior authorization from the reception are not allowed.
