Pros - good location - nice building/common areas/facilities - curtains on all beds - had a balcony on my room Cons - small issues but couldn’t actually lock my under bed locker and the bathroom lock was tricky - was kinda social in that people were around but the organised events weren’t very good - no towel provided

I’m very happy with my stay, it was a pleasure to be there for 3 nights! The staff are lovely, super helpful and friendly. They have a very nice welcoming atmosphere, the place is very well equipped and the lift is very new (big difference from others in Italy). Everything was fantastic but I would suggest to improve the bedding kit as when we arrived we found out we had to make our bed ourselves and also the blanket is not good… poor material and too thin. But I’m happy with everything anyways.
