This place has absolutely 0 atmosphere. Myself and my friends left after our first night. All staff insist on complete silence at all hours of the day. Even at points, whilst having conversations between themselves, pausing to tell us to "SSHHHH". I was told to be quiet whilst listening very quietly to a voice note in the communal area and my friend told to get off her phone whilst facetiming OUTSIDE. This was all in the hours of late morning and mid afternoon.

During the night I couldn´t sleep due of the heat, the AC in the room seems like nothing, to be honest I woke up several times during the night due of the heat, plus the noise from other capsules felt like a storm in my room, sorry but is not the perfect place to be. On the other side, the staff were ok, they give you flipflops and the location is fantastic, being honest.
