The apartment is located in the historic city of La Spezia, in a historic building on the corner between via Gramsci and via Milano. 5min from Train Station to the Cinque Terre.

Furnished with modern and functional amenities, it is composed of a bright living room (dining area and living room) with balcony overlooking via Gramsci, kichenette equipped with appliances and utensils.

The two bedrooms are disposed as follow: one with double bed, the other one with a bunk bed and a single bed for a total of five beds, bathroom.

The apartment comes complete with bed linen.

Please advice about arrival time at least 24 hrs before check in date, check in times 9am till 8pm, check out 10am.

The apartment is located just minutes walk from the train station (La Spezia centrale), convenient to reach the Cinque Terre, the urban and suburban bus service is also within walking distance.
