TJ Property is located in beautiful district of Batumi - Makhinjauri - in 10 minutes ride from the center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the railway station, 2 minutes walk from sea side and 10 minutes from famous Botanical Garden.
Our rooms are equipped with kitchen, fridge, TV, unlimited internet access and Wi-Fi. Rooms are locked and save.
We offer green yard and play ground for cheeldren and free parking for cars.
We speak Russian, English and French.
Any additional services are upon request: transfer from/to airport, excursions in the region and Georgia, breakfast/lunch etc.
