Kshetra resort is a boutique hotel with closeness to the beach and on the cliff of Varkala. It's a blend of tradition, culture and heritage of kerala society.

We are passionate of hospitality and travelling, so we give the same very best treatment to our guests too.

Yoga classes and Ayurvedic treatments are our speciality, as we are from 150 year old ayurveda specialist family.
So, we are not here just for business but it is the way of living and culture for us.

We have AC rooms as well as Non AC rooms with continental breakfasts served with the freshest of the ingredients available.

***Property Policies & Conditions:

1. Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival.
2. Check in from 12:00 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 11:00 am.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash. Credit card is accepted.
5. Reception working hours 09:00-23:00.
6. Age Restriction: Guests should be over 18 years old; guests under 18 years old should stay with guardians/parents.
7. Taxes not included. 1000- 2499 = 12 % Tax; 2500-7499 = 18 % Tax.
8. Breakfast not included. We have both plans EPAI & CPAI.
9. No pets.
