Family House Desin, Molunat near Dubrovnik

The house is situated on the seafront in a mild bay of Molunat, 40 km from Dubrovnik and 20 km from Dubrovnik airport.

We offer 2 apartments on the 1st floor of the house which can be connected in one. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (everyone with sea view), 2 bathrooms (WC + shower), 1 kitchen and 1 terrace.

In front of the house is the parking place, the bathing establishment with shower and small pier with a boat.

It is very suitable house for groups (max. 12 persons) and family vacations, positioned in the terraced gardens with all cultivated mediterranean fruits, oranges, figs, almonds, with flower and macchia groves that descent right down to the seashore.

The old stone house is built in 1913. The typical inner architecture with wooden floors and ceiling beams is restored and refurbished for comfortable tourist accommodation that became the traditional family occupation even since 1957.
