Absolutely loved this property. The pictures don’t do it justice, was so surprised by how spacious the room was with exceptionally clean private bathroom. Daily cleaning from such friendly staff. Had access to swimming pool which was much needed in the heat! Outstanding location to the beach with amazing restaurant on the beach a 5 min walk away. Would 100% recommend this place.

The rooms are a little older but very clean and the staff was wonderful! The closest beach is only a 1-2 minute walk away. FYI that beach access is closed on Wednesdays for cleaning I found out. You can walk 15-20 minutes to Hua Hin beach. No vendors are allowed to sell on Wednesdays but it’s open (though a rockier beach). The mall is also a short walk away if you want to do some shopping, as well as many restaurants and activities are close.

just got back from a lovely stay (family of 9 with 2 children 6 & 5) felt very welcome, clean rooms, beach towels included. location perfect market village over the main road and beach just afew steps away. We plan to stay here again May 2024. Stayed 23.10.23-04.11.23. breakfast 200 baht adults and 100 baht for kids buffet style. overall fantastic hotel with lovely staff
