when we got there, they said they had no beds left, our fireds who were able to stay said it was loud and dirty, will not come back

The location is good and the other guests lead to a good atmosphere and busy evenings. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom was gross and uncleaned. Bunk beds put in rooms that are too small to have bunk beds, the ceiling was so close you couldn't sit in your bed. The staff were so unbothered by everything it was almost just rude. The breakfast was the worse thing ever, s*** ham and stale bread at an expensive price. Would not recommend and will not be staying again, I do not recommend.

My room was horrible, so I booked another one and stayed there instead of in the hostel. There was mold everywhere throughout the room. When sitting on the toilet, there’d be water leaking onto your neck/back from the ceiling. Shower didn’t have warm water.. all very s***. BUT I saw other rooms that were totally fine. And the staff was really sweet and the common space is super nice! Atmosphere was great as well!
