We are perfectly located in Lisbon's historic centre with all the main attractions within walking distance.

We provide a great atmosphere and many activities, like walking tours, Sintra Tours, pub crawls and the incredibly famous Mamma's Dinners where you can easily meet many people and socialise even when travelling alone.

In a 200-year-old building we have a lovely comfortable living room, a breakfast / dinning room, a bar, a shared kitchen, a patio and most importantly, comfy beds in spacious rooms, all with balconies or big windows. We provide big lockers for you to keep your valuables.

WARNING: City tax 2 euro per night, per person up to 7 nights not included.

Cancellations made within 48h of the scheduled arrival date will be treated as no-shows and charged for the first night plus tax.

There's a mandatory 5 euro refundable key deposit required upon check-in (cash only)
Towels available - 5 euro refundable deposit (cash only)
Padlocks available for rent - 5 euro refundable deposit (cash only)
Pets allowed in the Private Rooms only.

Check-in after 3:30 pm - there's free storage available if you arrive early
Don't change beds or bunks - 5€ service fee will be charged.
Check-out and extensions should be done before 11am. If the guest does not check out on time, a fee of 30€ will be charged.
No eating or drinking in the rooms.
No outside visitors allowed.

Please note that we do not accept large groups. We will take the liberty of cancelling group reservations made through separate reservations.
