The location of hostel is hard solid 10 out of 10. However, during my trip, heaters was not working. After two nights, heaters back working and then the last day they were broken again.. the blankets are super thin btw so its was cold for me. If you visit this place in winter it may not be great choice, since staff members can not fix the heater problem when I mentioned it. There was another problem about my room's door. It was broken in locking mechanism. They do nothing about it.

The worst stay ever in my entire hosteling stays, the drawer of my bed is not working and its broken, even my bed doesn’t have curtains as it shows in the picture, the hostel smells socks, they said its the best in Baku, but its the worst.. 0 stars,

Staff were super helpful & the location was great. Short walk to the old city with easy bus and metro access right by the hostel. The cleanliness however…There were four bathrooms for a fairly large hostel and they were almost always filthy. Disgusting toilet seats, water all over the floor, no toilet paper, etc. This is obviously a huge downside to an otherwise good hostel. Also if you are expecting socialization this isn’t it. Lots of people seemed to be long term guests with no interactions.
