MAAYONG HOSTEL is a quiet and chill hostel in Panagsama road in barangay Basdiot, ideally located 250 meters from Panagsama Beach & the famous sardine run and 2 minutes walk from the main road, bars, restaurants and nightlife.
MAAYONG HOSTEL features accommodation with a bar, a restaurant, a big shared lounge with hammock and bean bags, free private parking for motorbike ONLY and a garden.
Among the facilities at this property is a tour desk where we can propose you some activities like : canyoneering, snorkelling, scuba diving, chasing waterfalls, swimming with whale sharks or a trek to Osmeña Peak, along with free WiFi throughout the property.
Our 3 small NATIVE AIR-CON BUNGALOWS are perfect for short stay and comes with a private balcony and hot/cold private outdoor tropical shower and hammock with views of the garden.
We also avail 4 SUPERIOR QUEEN ROOM type with unique design, queen size bed, SMART TV (Netflix, amazon prime, ...), private bathroom with hot/cold rain shower, kettle, safe lock and private terrace.
Our dormitory is an air-conditioned room of 12 beds with shared bathroom, 2 hot and cold shower, 2 CR, and private locker for your personal items. We usually turn OFF our AC from 9 AM to 5 PM since most of the guest are out and for ecological reason. You can always claim to our staff to TURN ON the AC for few hours.

Very clean property. Has a nice common area to chill. Staff is super friendly - I hurt my foot so they got me medicines as well. Good location too - walking distance to beach

Really lovely hostel. The staff were so kind and welcoming and would go above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and very tidy. The communal area was also great to hang out in. The food is also top notch really yummy. Location is also great and a short walk from the town and the beach.
