Cancellation policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Important:
• Sauna and steam room access is included only for private room guests. Dorm guests receive special discounts.
• Spa Monserrate schedule:
Monday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Weekends and holidays: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Original passport or ID is required at check-in.
• Taxes: Colombian citizens and foreign residents must pay 19% VAT, not included in the rate.
• Guests must be over 18 years old.
• Small pets are allowed only in private rooms with additional cost and conditions.
• Payment is made at arrival in cash or card.
• Breakfast is not included but can be purchased in advance or at reception.
