Welcome to Bogota! Our first hostel in the chain to have a spa. Large and newly remodeled rooms with soundproof windows that will give you the rest you need, located just a few steps from the vibrant cultural offer of downtown Bogota.
Inside the hostel, you will find Monserrat Spa, a renovated space with a sauna, steam bath, hydromassage circuit, and a team of qualified masseuses to take away stress and bad vibes.
A design hostel where we also have a restaurant and bar where you can eat a bite to recharge your batteries before going out to explore the city or after a day of taking photos.
Downtown Bogota has a lot to offer culturally and gastronomically and our hostel is right in the heart of the action.

Policy and Condition:
*Cancellation Policy: Up to 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the total of your stay.
Check-in from 15.00 to 23.00
Check-out before 11.00
Keep in mind the schedule of the Spa Monserrat:
Monday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Service from Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
*Payment upon arrival by cash, credit, and debit cards
*Taxes: Colombian citizens and foreigners with Colombian residency must pay taxes (IVA): 19%. This tax does not appear on the final rate of the reservation.
*Breakfast is NOT included in the rates. You can purchase it at a special price by contacting us via WhatsApp, or at the reception upon your arrival. Please note that the promotion does not apply after check-in.
General:
*24 hours reception.
*All guests must be 18 years or older.
* Small pets (up to 17 kilograms - 34 lbs) are allowed in private rooms only. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room. Your stay has an additional cost of 15 USD. Assistance dogs or guide dogs will always be allowed in any of our outlets and are free of charge as long as the owner presents a certificate confirming that their dog is an Assistance or guide dog. At check-in, a copy of the pet's passport must be presented. *You must review additional policies, at the time of check-in, about the care of your pet during your stay.
IVA: Sales tax will be applied to the total fee at the front desk at the time of check-in.

Good hostel overall. Great staff who were very welcoming and helpful, especially Johan the social volunteer!
Socially it was good - a bit hard at first as it’s quite big but met some great people. Bar is good, but is opened out to (and full of) locals on weekends which makes the atmosphere a bit different.
Clean, great food. Spa is good - the sauna/steam room are free, pool sadly isn’t.
Low rating for security because I think I had money stolen here from the room - lock up your things!

Felt more like a hotel with a couple dorm rooms than a hostel. Not very intimate and harder than most places to meet other travellers. Location was also not amazing - bit away from La Candelaria. I preferred Botanico Hostel. The plus side was the facilities, namely that you could access the steam rooms and sauna free of charge. Overall though, I wouldn't bother staying there as a solo traveler, since Bogotá has many better options.
