Summary of traveller reviews

Lost Inn Porto is praised for its excellent, central location, making it easy to explore the city. Guests frequently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds with privacy curtains, and a clean, modern atmosphere. The free nightly sangria is a popular social feature, ideal for solo travellers and groups alike. Some recent reviews mention the surrounding streets can feel a bit sketchy at night, and a few note that the bathrooms could be cleaner.

I got to the hostel and was greeted well. The Irish receptionist was very good and she showed me to my room. Then I went down to have a shower and it was not hot. The hostel has a great central location where almost everything is within walking distance, although the immediate surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe at night. A highlight was definitely the free sangria served every evening, which created a great social vibe. However, the facilities need noticeable improvements. Only one out of the three showers was working properly during the stay, the individual light on the bunk bed was broken, and the hairdryer only blew cold air.

Highly recommend staying at the Lost Inn Porto Hostel!! Rooms were spacious with plenty of secure luggage storage underneath each bed. Everything was clean and just an overall positive experience. (The free sangria was a great bonus;)
