The hostal is right on the beach in the heart of puerto Escondido, there is shared kitchen a common area under the trees or under the palapa. We are far from the noise but close to the parties! We offer movie night once a week . We also have a restaurant, bar and beach club. We are surrounded by the nature : manglares, crocodile, birds, iguanas…
We are located in the Adoquin which is the more typical part of the town between Bahia principal y Marinero Beach . Playa Zicatela is 5 min walking and Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo beach, Carrizalillo beach are 5 min away by car or taxi.
The rooms have a ceiling fan, daily housekeeping, balcony with a beautiful view, the decoration is simple but cosy. It can be private room or shared.

Nice hostel near the ocean. If you want to enjoy the sunset you only have to walk 5-10 minutes to Zicatela (all walking on the beach). That’s also where you will find clubs and bars. If you want to snorkel it’s more like a 30 minutes walk. For all other beaches you might probably prefer to take the collectivo.
The outside area of the hostel is small which makes it easy to connect with other travelers.
No AC but each bed has its‘ own fan.
The staff is super friendly.

Sweet spot close to the beach. We enjoyed being in the more Mexican side of town away from the hustle and bustle of Zicatela. Private room with AC was basic but suited our needs perfectly. AC worked great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Walkable from bus station. Would def say here again.
