Me and my parter stayed in some private rooms. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, with fresh towels, hairdryer and a cleaner everyday. The staff was really friendly and helpful. You have access to water, a packed lunch if needed, breakfast and lots o themed night with amazing food! You can store your luggage for free if you go on expeditions, which is really secure! They have staff 24/7 which is also great! There are also lots of activities to get involved in such as walks or karaoke!

We stayed in a 12 person dorm there was lots of space, big lockers, curtains for privacy, charging point and light above the bed. Wifi worked fine. Would’ve been nice to have some natural light and fresh air circulating in the room. Lots of common areas to chill including outdoor garden area where we had a bonfire one night with popcorn and marshmallows. Showers always had hot water. Tea station was great always coca tea available. Pay 5 soles for unlimited filtered water to refill your bottle. Laundry serv

It was a great experience overall, the staff is really helpful and they ensure a great atmosphere, also it helped us a lot booking some tours in the hostel.
