I loved the location. Right by the train and exciting streets. The hostel itself is very small but cute. The rooms were clean but some of the beds are not bunk beds and you feel a little exposed. It was a little confusing getting inside but no big complaints!

Best hostel, hands down! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I even got a free upgrade to a female-only dorm, which was a lovely surprise! The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Firenze SMN station and around 10 to 20 minutes on foot from the main tourist attractions. The hostel is clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated that towels and bedsheets are provided free of charge. My only suggestion would be to fix the jet sprays, as only one bathroom had a working one.
