We have direct access to the water with a nice sandy beach, free kayaks, floating dock and some water toys as well. Come here to play volleyball, table tennis or to try the only 'petanque' (boules) area in the south of Nicaragua. We offer awesome patio views, landscaped gardens, a wonderful shady ranch with sun chairs, hammocks and a bar right on the water's edge.

overpriced for a stuffy private room that's hotter at night than outside. bathrooms are far away as they're also the bathrooms for the beachfront bar.

Little slice of niceness after a sweaty bus from Managua. Bit spenny but worth the xtra 50c for a beer when you deep it. Mills (the British host) is an absolute diamond and made our stay sweet as. Will be back🤞
