Beautiful view and access to lake, lots included with your stay like kayaks and lifejackets and breakfast. Responsive management when air conditioning was either too cold (first night) or not working at all (second night). Unfortunately they turn the air conditioning off during the daytime. When requested, they allowed us to turn it back on. Housekeeping and front desk staff were amazing with patience and customer focused, lots of workers speak English too, although food service in the resta

Beautiful location right on the lake with great facilities, including free kayak use, and a good free breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff weren’t very helpful and gave off a strange/unwelcoming vibe. We were also charged the wrong amount twice on arrival. Restaurant prices are quite high for backpackers. Great location, but service could be improved.
